Probably, youve heard about niche affiliate marketing. But do you really understand what a niche is? In simple words, a niche is just a topic for an affiliate marketing business. And in order to make tons of money online through affiliate marketing, you need to choose highly profitable niche. Well, Im going share a top secret to choose a good niche.

When people go online, normally they want to solve a question by searching on Google or other search engines. We can divide these people into 2 groups:

# Group 1

People who are desperately want to solve their problems by searching on Google, and they are willing to spend money to solve the problems.

# Group 2

People who want to solve their problems, but they are not much interested in spending money to solve the problems they have.

What do you think which group you should target to sell your affiliate products?

Yes, youre right. This is the group1 all we need to target to sell affiliate products.

Now, think about a niche INSOMNIA, there are lost of people who are suffering from insomnia. If you go to Google AdWord Keyword tool and take a search with keyword insomnia, you will see that this keyword has high search counts and has a pretty good low competition. So, maybe you think that niche insomnia is a perfect niche for you because the competition is very low and search volume is very high. Dont you?

But wait a minute, think about the people who are searching for the word INSOMNIA, are they interested in buying something while they take search on Google?

If they are not interested in buying anything online, then you will not be able to make money by promoting a product related to INSOMNIA. And it means its not a good niche to choose for affiliate marketing.

The biggest question: How do I know whether a niche is commercially good or not?

Go to this link and select query section. Enter your niche on search box and take a search. Youll get results showing commercial intent or non-commercial intent.

If you put the keyword insomnia, youll get result that the Non-Commercial Intention is 0.98.

It means the person who searches for the word INSOMNIA is 98% likely not going to buy anything. So, for e-commerce purpose, insomnia is not a good topic (or niche).

It is always advised that if a niche has more than 50% commercial intention in Microsoft adCenter Labs tool, then it should be a profitable niche.

And it means there is a 79% chance that someone searching for the keyword AFFILIATE PROGRAM is likely to purchase something online. So, this niche is has a good market.

But also, you shouldnt forget about the competition of any particular niche. To get an idea of competition of any niche, you can use Google AdWord Keyword Tool. Just go to this keyword tool and put your niche and take some searches. You will get a pretty good idea of the competition your niche has.

Before choosing any niche market for your affiliate marketing business, you should know its market, audience, and competition. I think now you have a better knowledge of niche affiliate marketing. You just need to do some research and choose a profitable niche to make tons of money online through affiliate marketing.
